Tropical Breeze homes called versatile

     Finding a new home can be difficult, but Real Homes' Tropical Breeze neighborhood offers versatile plans to fit many different lifestyles, according to sales agent Carole Cumming.
      One of the flexible floor plans is the Tahiti, a 1,647-square-foot, single-story model. The standard floor plan has an owner suite, two bedrooms and two baths, but can be built in several variations.
      The den can be converted into a fourth bedroom and a fifth bedroom can be added to increase the size of the home. A wall and closet can be removed to combine two bedrooms into a larger room. Another choice is to convert a bedroom into an owner-suite retreat. A three-car garage is also available.
      "We really can customize the Tahiti to meet the needs of most buyers," Cumming said.
      This flexibility has been well received, according to Cumming, who said sales have been brisk from a broad range of buyers since opening in January.
      "People with young children have purchased at Tropical Breeze, but we've also had several buyers whose children have grown and moved away that have settled here," Cumming said. "Our homes are popular for people buying their first home, as well as for those who have owned homes for years and want something different."
      Four single-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,054 to 1,647 square feet. Prices start at $96,740.
      Interiors feature vaulted and volume ceilings, ceramic-tile entries, gas fireplaces in select plans, ledges, art niches, plant shelves, polished brass hardware and oak kitchen cabinetry. All homes include a refrigerator, washer and dryer.
      The majority of the homes are situated on cul-de-sac sites.
      To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road and go west. Drive to Camino al Norte and head north. Turn right on Tropical Parkway.
      The models and sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
