Riviera model features rotunda entry


     The Genoa floor plan, which is offered at the Riviera neighborhood in the Seven Hills community, features a rotunda at the entryway, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes of Nevada.
      This single-story home also offers several floor-plan variations in 2,200 to 2,386 square feet. Buyers can choose three or four bedrooms with a three-car garage; three bedrooms, a club room and parlor with a two-car garage; or two bedrooms, a den, club room and parlor with a two-car garage.
      The floor plan also includes a high-set bar between the living room and kitchen, an island workstation, ceramic-tile counter tops, a pantry and appliance package.
      Its owner suite includes a separate tub and shower with ceramic-tile surrounds, walk-in closets, dual sinks, a separate toilet, ceramic-tile counter tops, and raised-panel closet doors.
      Nine Italian-style exteriors are available. Exteriors also feature various color schemes and concrete-tile roofs.
      Other amenities include high ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, and gas fireplaces.
      Floor plans range from 2,149 to 2,304 square feet. Prices start from $179,450 to $193,450.
      Designated as ComfortWise energy-efficient homes, each floor plan includes a digitally programmable thermostat, vinyl-clad windows and a soft-water loop.
      A design consultant can assist with the selection of options and upgrades, such as crown molding, window casing, wood shutters, video entry systems, entertainment center cabinetry, and task lighting in the kitchen.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
