Allen Group enters final phase at Acacias

     The Allen Group has entered the final phase of sales at Acacias, a gated condominium complex in the southeastern valley.
      In celebration, the builder is hosting an "All-American Barbecue Tax Day Party" on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. Live music and prize drawings are scheduled.
      Floor plans range from 1,146 to 1,346 square feet. Homes are priced from the mid-$90,000s.
      Features include volume ceilings, picture windows and oak cabinets.
      Each home includes a patio or balcony.
      Shared amenities include a pool and spa.
      The development is on Windmill Lane, between Pecos Road and Green Valley Parkway. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
