Wexford at GlenEagles offers myriad floor-plan variations

     Wexford Homes set a goal to offer home buyers myriad floor plan choices at its Wexford at GlenEagles neighborhood, according to Barbara Barnett, director of sales.
      The North Las Vegas neighborhood offers two subdivisions of one- and two-story homes measuring from 912 to 3,248 square feet. Floor plans range from two bedrooms and two baths to homes with six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Three-car garages are available with select plans.
      Prices start at $104,990.

      Home buyers can use a computer design system to select floor plan variations, such as adding a family room, bedroom, den, owner suite, formal dining room, kitchen nook or fireplace.
      Options include Corian, granite or ceramic-tile counter tops; fireplaces in the family room, living room or owner suite; skylights; custom interior paint; appliance packages; upgraded electrical and plumbing packages; and computer wiring, home theater and security alarm systems.
      Homes feature vaulted ceilings; plant shelves; rounded corners; choice of cabinetry; owner suites with dual-sink vanities, tubs and walk-in closets in select plans; cable television and telephone prewiring; concrete-tile roofs; lighted entries; front-yard landscaping with irrigation; and block walls.
      To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road and go west to Kings Hill Road. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
