Stonecliff launches final phase of sales

     Perma-Bilt Homes is entering the final phase of sales at its Stonecliff neighborhood. More than 160 homes have been sold and about 15 remain available, according to Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder.
      "The final opportunity to purchase a home at Stonecliff is nearing," Ochoa said. "We are entering our close-out phase so now is really the time to act."
      The gated neighborhood, located within the Shadow Hills planned community, features a gated entry, swimming pool and cabana.
      Four floor plans are offered, ranging from 941 to 1,558 square feet. Prices start from $107,950.
      The two-story Crest floor plan has three bedrooms, a study niche, 2 1/2 baths, a living room with a high ceiling, a media niche, pantry, laundry area, and walk-in closets.
      The Ridge, also a two-story plan, features a first-floor owner suite with a walk-in closet, a second suite with dual walk-in closets upstairs, and a bonus room.
      Additional floor plans include The Cliff, which has two bedrooms, a study and two baths; and The Canyon, a single-story plan with two bedrooms and two baths in 941 square feet.
      Residents have access to the Shadow Hills Club, which includes a clubhouse, weight room, aerobics area, locker room, big-screen television, fireplace and kitchen. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, lap pool, spa, saunas, basketball court, putting green and barbecue area.
      To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and go west.
      The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
