Pulte begins presales at Autumn Ridge

     Pulte Homes' newest neighborhood, Autumn Ridge, located in The Willows Village in Summerlin, is in presales. The single-story development features four floor plans ranging from 1,299 to 1,653 square-feet and priced from $135,990.
      "Autumn Ridge will be our third community to open in 2000 and features two of Pulte's signature floor plans from our popular Brentwood community," Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "Home buyers are attracted to the private, quiet atmosphere of this all single-story community and the close proximity to luxury home communities of Willow Creek and Red Rock Country Club."
      Homes have as many as four bedrooms with a den option and a three-car garage, great rooms in select plans, and 45'x115' home sites.
      Interiors include ceramic-tile entries, prewiring for cable television and telephones, and multimedia packages with high-speed, centralized wiring which allows homeowners to control telephone, television and computer functions from one location within the home.
      Owner suites feature walk-in closets, dual vanities (per plan), and separate tubs and showers.
      Kitchens include gas ranges, dishwashers, built-in microwaves, pantries and nooks in select plans, and preplumbing for icemakers and reverse osmosis systems.
      Homes also include front-yard landscaping with irrigation, concrete-tile roofs, block walls, and front- and rear-yard hose bibs.
      The neighborhood participates in the Engineered for Life program and offers energy-saving features such as blown-in cellulose "Cocoon Blanket" insulation, dual-pane windows, gas heaters and water heaters, and water saver showers and toilets.
      Presales for Autumn Ridge are available at the builder's Brentwood development in The Willows Village Home Walk in Summerlin. To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Blue Willow Lane, west of Hualapai Way, and turn left. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at noon.
      Also offered in The Willows village is the builder's Willow Springs neighborhood where models will soon open. The single-story development offers floor plans ranging from 1,640 to 2,416 square feet. Prices start at $179,990 to $196,990.
