Bella Vita extends sales hours



The start of Daylight Savings Time means buyers have more opportunities to visit the condominiums at Bella Vita in the southwestern valley.

"We have an extra hour of sunlight to show home buyers how great Bella Vita is," sales agent Mark Karten said.

The development's sales center has extended its hours and now operates from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Buyers can choose from five floor plans.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo measures 720 square feet and is priced from the low $100,000s.

Two designs feature two bedrooms: the 816-square-foot Sera has one bath and is priced from the mid-$130,000s, while the 978-square-foot Luna has two baths and starts from the high $150,000s.

The Sol includes three bedrooms and two baths in 1,198 square feet. It is priced from the high $170,000s.

The three-bedroom Terra model has three baths and measures 1,444 square feet. It starts from the high $190,000s.

The model home center and sales office is located at 5010 Indian River Drive, No. 93.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road and go west toward Decatur Boulevard.
