Locale lures buyers to Kensington

The location, pricing and architectural style of the Kensington townhome development are attracting home buyers, according to Don Kraft, sales agent for Trophy Homes.
Located in the southwestern valley, homes at the gated complex are priced from the low $100,000s. One- and two-story floor plans are available, measuring from 1,211 to 1,649 square feet.
All of the homes come with two-car garages, side-yard landscaping with irrigation, a patio, block walls and an alarm system.
"Kensington is a true `townhome' neighborhood in that it offers not only maintenance-free living, but also a location in the center of Las Vegas," Kraft said.
The development features tree-lined streets, a swimming pool and a spa.
Interiors feature ceramic-tile entry flooring, oak cabinets in a choice of finishes and walk-in closets.
To visit, take Charleston Boulevard to Arville Street and go south. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
