Security draws luxury buyers to Turnberry Place
Residents at Turnberry Place, a high-rise residential project, will be assured of their privacy and security in each of the development's towers.
"We will have very advanced security monitoring equipment in our entry gate and in our towers," John Riordan, vice president of sales, said. "The privacy and security of our residents is an important part of Turnberry Place."
Each home will feature a private elevator entry. In addition, an elevator card key will be required to operate all elevators. Tower lobbies, elevators and parking garages will be equipped with security cameras, and each residence will have its own security system.
"Residents at Turnberry Place can feel safe in knowing that we are providing a secure environment with their privacy and security a top priority," Riordan said.
Around-the-clock valet and porter service are among the other amenities.
"Our staff at Turnberry Place will cater to the needs of our residents," Riordan said. "Whether it's parking their car or carrying their groceries, the lifestyle we are creating is one of service, luxury and convenience."
Construction recently began on the first of four 38-story towers that are planned.
The 15-acre community will feature a 60,000-square-foot club, half of which will comprise a spa. Club amenities will include a fitness center, a lounge with a piano bar, casual and formal dining, a billiard room, card rooms, private dining and function rooms, room service, 24-hour concierge, tennis courts, a business center, library, beauty salon and spas.
It will also feature an indoor lap pool, as well as an outdoor pool with cabanas, a pool bar and convenience store.
Ten floor plans are available in the first tower, ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet, with two to four bedrooms.
Prices start from $355,000 to more than $3.5 million.
A 12,000-square-foot sales and model pavilion offers a computer-generated tour of a 2,800-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath residence with a view from what will be the 27th floor of the first tower.
The development is on Paradise Road, north of Desert Inn Road. The sales office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
