Park Towers builds resident spa
A spa available exclusively to Park Towers' residents and their guests is under construction at the condominium high-rise development, which is currently 75 percent sold.
"Our spa will be the crown jewel in the extensive amenities we are offering our buyers," Irwin Molasky, who is partnering with Steve Wynn in the development of the $125 million condominium project, said.
In addition to a workout room, the spa will offer separate facilities for men and women. Each has a whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, changing rooms plus treatment rooms. There will also be a tennis court facing north and south, as well as a swimming pool and beauty salon.
"Guided by their extensive experiences in creating luxury properties, the developers have set high standards for Park Towers," Suzanne Sanders, project manager, said.
Park Towers will offer 84 residences within its two 20-story towers. A full-time staff includes 24-hour valet service as well as a professional concierge ready to make restaurant reservations, order fresh-cut flowers or arrange maid service.
"We offer five floor plans that range in size from approximately 2,100 to 5,400 square feet, with two to four bedrooms," Cindy Calles, director of sales, said. "All our homes have spacious balconies and ten-foot ceilings. Many even have private elevators."
The sales and design center is located at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 820.
