Perma-Bilt Stonecliff sales up

     Sales are heating up at Perma-Bilt Homes' Stonecliff neighborhood where nearly 100 homes have been sold to date.
      Buyers can choose from four floor plans at the gated neighborhood in Shadow Hills, a planned community.
      The two-story Crest and Ridge models are favorites among home buyers, according to Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing.
      "The Crest has three bedrooms plus a study niche, 2 1/2 baths and measures 1,558 square feet, while the Ridge has dual master suites, plus a bonus room and measures 1,483 square feet," Ochoa said.
      The Crest features a media niche, pantry, walk-in closets in the owner and third bedroom, and a laundry room. The Ridge features a downstairs owner bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a second owner bedroom upstairs with two walk-in closets.
      Additional floor plans are The Cliff, a two-story home with two bedrooms, a study and two baths in 1,397 square feet; and The Canyon, a 941-square-foot single-story home with two bedrooms and two baths.
      Prices start from $103,500 to $127,700.
      The community features walking trails, ball fields and parks.
      Residents will have access to the Shadow Hills Club, a 4,500-square-foot facility with a clubhouse that includes a weight room, aerobics area and locker rooms. It also features a recreational area with a big-screen television, fireplace and kitchen.
      Additional amenities will include a swimming pool, lap pool, spa, saunas, a basketball court, putting green and concierge. Construction is scheduled for completion in December.
      To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
