COLUMN: Del Webb Corp. appoints product development director

-- Ty Trueblood has been named director of product development for Del Webb Corp. Trueblood works with the company's Nevada and Arizona offices to create new housing products. He has been with Del Webb for 3 1/2 years, beginning as the manager of Gold Key before becoming director of special projects.

-- Sean Patrick has been named national director of public relations for Pulte Homes. He oversees all national public relations activities for Del Webb Corp. and its parent company Pulte Homes. He has been with Del Webb for seven years, starting as the manager of public relations in Sun City Summerlin.

-- Byron Jones has been promoted to division director of customer service within Del Webb Corp.'s Nevada Communities. Jones leads the strategic direction of customer service operations. He started with Del Webb in 1998 as a customer care manager in Phoenix, where he later served as director of customer care.

-- Steve Terry joined CB Richard Ellis as an associate, and is focusing on retail property and sales. Previously, Terry was with Grubb & Ellis.

-- Nelson I. Korchak has joined CB Richard Ellis as a senior associate. Korchak focuses on industrial property sales and leasing.

-- The Restrepo Consulting Group named William J. Acton as director of its new appraisal division. Previously, Acton was a government agency chief appraiser, and also was president of his own firm, Acton Valuation Group, for 10 years.

-- ConAm Management Corp. appointed Karissa Holmes as regional portfolio manager, and promoted Cheryl Hill from office manager to human resources coordinator.
