-- Southwest Engineering has been awarded the engineering and design contract for the Craig & Simmons Commercial Phase 1, a 6.18-acre project located on the southeast corner of Craig Road and Simmons Street in North Las Vegas. Engineering and surveying costs are estimated at $59,920.

-- NAI Horizon's Penny Mendlovic represented Mr. and Mrs. Jeong Wan Lee, dba Quizno's Subs, in the five-year lease of 1,480 square feet in Rainbow Quail Business Park, 5775 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 100, from Rainbow Quail for $188,167. Mendlovic also represented Las Vegas University Gardens in the three-year lease of 5,687 square feet at The University Gardens Center at 4632-4634 S. Maryland Parkway, to Margaret Verderame, represented by Jack Vickers of Vista Realty, for $163,796. Curtis Sanders represented PPU Packaging in the two-year lease of 18,752 square feet in Pacific Industrial Park, located at 178 Gallagher Crest Road, from Kennedy Wilson Nevada Management, represented by Kari Turnbow of Voit Commercial Real Estate, for $162,018. Kathy Campbell and Carla Molina represented both parties in NAI Horizon's three-year lease of 1,038 square feet in Park Flamingo, located at 2080 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 211, to D.B. Allan Promotions for $58,543.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Jeremy Green represented Greenline Produce Co. in a 3 1/2-year lease of 16,920 square feet at 4701 Cameron St. to Prologis for $310,864. Melanie Braud represented WXI/MCN Commercial in its three-year lease of 1,175 square feet at 1771 E. Flamingo Road to American Income Life Insurance for $74,000. Darren Lemmon and Brad Peterson represented Fort Apache Office Partners in the five-year lease of 5,877 square feet at 4730 S. Fort Apache Road to Lesley University for $817,000.

-- American Nevada Co.'s Richard Green represented the company in its 10-year lease of 11,929 square feet at 2712 N. Green Valley Parkway, in Green Valley Plaza, to Big 5 Sporting Goods, represented by Charles Coburn of Coburn & Associates, for $1.6 million. Green also represented the company in the 10-year lease of 7,529 square feet at 1550 N. Green Valley Parkway, in Pebble MarketPlace, to Fitness 19, represented by Nick Milat of Commercial Services Northwest, for $1.7 million.

-- Lucinda Stanley and Miriam Root of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Durango Trails Professional Park & Investors in its purchase of 4 acres at the southwest corner of Durango Drive and Reno Avenue from Dureno, represented by Randy Black of Diversified Realty, for $1.82 million. Sam Scaletta represented Chuang's in its 60-month lease of 1,800 square feet at 3350 S. Decatur Blvd. from Syrus Rashidi for $127,440.

-- David Scherer, Barton Hyde and Kent Johns of Grubb & Ellis represented Las Vegas Police Protective Association Metro in its 36-month lease of 10,790 square feet at 201 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Suites 200 and 350, from Earl Morimoto, represented by Richard Truesdell of the Cornerstone Co., for $348,664.

-- Colliers International's David Grant and Scot Marker represented Warm Springs Promenade in its 60-month lease of 1,050 square feet at the southwest corner of Warm Springs Road and Marks Street to HCR Agency for $125,000. Grant Traub represented Healthsouth Corp. in its sale of 7.8 acres at the northwest corner of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street in Henderson to ARGO for $2.95 million. Dan Doherty represented Centra Properties in its five-year lease of 21,840 square feet at 4200 Flossmoor St., Suite 500, to Whirlpool Corp. for $524,368. David Frear represented Howard Stanford in the 63-month lease of 2,752 square feet at 5525 S. Decatur Blvd. from LaPour Partners, represented by Jeff LaPour, for $225,900. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Valley View in its three-year lease of 8,660 square feet at 6185 S.
