Select builders favored by New Home Concepts

     With 24 valley developers on its "preferred builders" list, New Home Concepts can offer its clients up-to-date information on incentives, floor plans and pricing at many of the valley's new neighborhoods, according to Elaine Heitz, broker/sales manager.
      "Our preferred builder list makes up nearly 100 new-home neighborhoods we give top priority to. These builders keep us informed on any special incentives or pricing so we can pass it along immediately to the customer," Heitz said.
      "They are showcased in our two offices which gives them extra exposure. More than 2,000 people walk into our stores every year. And, since these builders keep us informed of incentives and changes, we can inform our clients of the ... options available," she said.
      A sales agent is available to help clients narrow down their home search. More than 1,600 floor plans can be viewed in each office.
      At the Meadows mall, office hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
      At the Galleria at Sunset mall, the office is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
      The mall-based realty agency, headquartered in Phoenix, also has branch offices in Arizona and Utah.
