Coleman changes to Toll Brothers
Coleman Homes recently announced the company will take the name Toll Brothers Inc., which is the company that acquired the developer in 1997.
Since the acquisition, the company had been referred to as Coleman Homes, a Toll Brothers company, according to Gary Mayo, vice president of the company's Las Vegas division.
"We believe that the local market has gained a strong acceptance and recognition of the Toll Brothers name, and we can now complete the integration of the two companies with this final step," Mayo said. "Nationwide, Toll Brothers is well-known as (a) leading builder of luxury homes, and we are proud to share that reputation."
The company's local development projects include Woodlands, Oak Hills, Willow Glen, and the yet-to-open Heritage Glen and Wood Glen neighborhoods in the Summerlin master-planned community. They are also developing Buckingham in the Queensridge community, and are planning to open Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson at the beginning of next year.
Toll Brothers has more than 130 developments in 18 states.
