Seven Hills features custom-home sites

     The Estates at Seven Hills offers a variety of home sites, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales.
      "We now offer a larger selection of home sites than ever before," Christie said. "Among our various custom neighborhoods, buyers will find a wide choice of home sites with varied prices and features, including some of the most spectacular views to be found anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley. With our recent release of new home sites in the Terracina neighborhood, the dream of living in this prestigious community is within reach of a wider range of buyers than ever before."
      The custom-home sites range from one-quarter acre to three-quarters of an acre and are priced from $165,000 to $600,000.
      Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, The Estates at Seven Hills will comprise 250 homes in a series of guard-gated neighborhoods. The majority of custom homes will be built on sites adjacent to the Rio Secco Golf Club.
      Terracina offers home sites with golf course views starting at $215,000. Lots are priced from $165,000 to $600,000 and range from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.
      At the gated Venezia neighborhood, most of its first-phase home sites have been sold. Priced from $175,000 to $395,000, the lots range from one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre. A few dual-pad home sites are available, and allow for split-level homes. The neighborhood will host the Street of Dreams, featuring 10 estate homes, between Sept. 16 and Oct. 29, 2000.
      Community amenities include guard-gated entrances, landscaped open spaces and neighborhood parks.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue and go south. The sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
