Sales office opens at Tempo

     Stanpark Homes has opened a sales office at Tempo, a neighborhood in North Las Vegas.
      Buyers can review three single-story floor plans and one two-story plan. Models are under construction, according to Michael Cox, sales manager.
      The smallest plan measures 1,256 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths, while the largest home available offers five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 2,165 square feet. Three-car garages are available with each plan.
      Homes are priced from $106,500 and are built on lots that average 60X100.
      "We've included such popular features as ... wardrobes and walk-in closets, ceramic-tile entries, niches and pot shelves, and irrigated front landscaping," Cox said.
      "We designed Tempo with an eye to providing an excellent value while delivering the popular options and flexible floor plans that home buyers find most desirable."
      To visit, take Cheyenne Avenue to Revere Street, which is east of Martin Luther King Boulevard. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
