Country Rose Estates provides close-out incentives

     Christopher Homes' Country Rose Estates is offering incentives on its final phase of homes, according to sales agent Teresa Tebbs.
      Tebbs said seven homes remain at the guard-gated neighborhood, which is adjacent to a linear park in Summerlin's The Trails village. Available floor plans range from 2,911 to 3,650 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, a bonus room and downstairs den.
      Prices start at $304,900.
      "This is a great time for luxury home buyers to take advantage of the exceptional values we are offering at this popular, family-oriented neighborhood," Tebbs said.
      "Christopher Homes wants to be completely sold out at Country Rose Estates by early 2000 and has authorized us to offer generous incentives including a matching allowance worth up to $10,000 toward selections at the Christopher Homes' in-house design center.
      This matching allowance will enable each of our buyers to highly customize and personalize their new homes, while saving a significant amount in out-of-pocket expenses."
      One Cathedral plan priced at $312,385 can be ready for occupancy by late December or early January. It features several upgrades, including an extra bedroom and bath, and has a three-car garage. It measures about 3,000 square feet.
      Another floor plan offered is the Heirloom, a two-story home with four bedrooms and a den. This home measures as large as 3,650 square feet.
      Homes feature brick and stone exteriors; front porches; 8-foot double entry doors; ceramic-tile entries, kitchens and laundry rooms; home theater prewiring in family rooms; and alarm systems.
      The neighborhood offers tree-lined streets and two parks.
      To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and and turn right. Follow the road to Trails Center Drive, head west to Spring Gate Lane and follow the signs.
      The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
