Christopher provides incentives on final phase at San Michelle
In conjunction with the upcoming new year, Christopher Homes is offering year-end savings on all homes at its San Michelle neighborhood in the guard-gated Queensridge community. The savings are part of the builder's "End of the Millennium" celebration.
Sales agent Denette O'Keefe said thousands of dollars in upgrades are being offered on two select homes that can be ready for occupancy within 45 days.
"We're also offering a design center matching allowance worth thousands of dollars toward customizing options on all other homes in San Michelle," O'Keefe said.
Priced from $409,900, the neighborhood offers one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 3,474 to about 5,200 square feet on one-quarter acre to one-half acre home sites.
Hundreds of floor-plan variations and architectural designs are available including detached guest quarters, four-car garages, secondary suites, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wet bars and courtyard fireplaces.
O'Keefe said the two homes that can be ready within 45 days are Residence Three and Residence Four plans, both of which are located along the greens of the Badlands Golf Club. They include French doors leading to the rear yards; covered backyard patios; and upgraded flooring, counter tops and cabinetry.
The 4,408-square-foot Residence Three features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library, courtyard with fireplace and three-car garage.
Residence Four offers four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library and three-car garage in 4,689 square feet.
"You simply must see these two homes to truly appreciate the value they offer to their future owners," O'Keefe said. "Along with all of the quality and elegance that are trademarks of Christopher Homes, they offer a list of additional upgrades and appointments, along with thousands of dollars in savings."
Buyers may consult an on-site architectural designer and the builder's in-house design center.
Exteriors feature concrete-tile roofs, wrought-iron accents, brick and stone treatments, eight-foot double entry doors, and courtyards in select plans.
Architectural features include interior columns, high ceilings and staircases. Homes also offer security systems, prewiring for home theater systems, overhead lighting in bedrooms, and mirrored closet doors.
The builder has also opened the guard-gated San Michelle North in Queensridge North.
