Holiday move-ins, incentives available at Pardee's Presidio

Families can move into the Presidio neighborhood in time for the holidays, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes of Nevada.
"Pardee is offering very attractive builder incentives on large homes designed for entertaining in a gated neighborhood high above the Las Vegas Valley," Landry said.
The neighborhood, located in Henderson's Seven Hills community, features three two-story floor plans, measuring from 3,242 to 4,079 square feet with great-room designs, and formal living and dining rooms.
"Presidio home buyers enjoy the amenities of the higher elevation, including an occasional snowfall during the holiday season, along with cooler temperatures in the summer months," Landry said.
Pardee Homes offers an options center and consultant to guide home buyers through the choices of upgrades offered by the builder, such as crown molding, a window apron package, wood shutters, a home office package, video entry system and central vacuum system.
Featuring Italian-style designs, these homes include high ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, and powder rooms with pedestal sinks in some plans.
Homes have the Energy Star seal and ComfortWise designation, which verify energy efficiency.
Prices start from $250,950 to $278,950.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.
The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
