Rebate offered by developer of Calico Ridge

     A rebate is available with the purchase of select home sites at Calico Ridge, a custom-home development in Henderson.
      The developer, Melvin Bagley, said the select sites are priced from $225,000. More expensive lots are as large as 2 acres.
      "We have just released some of the finest custom-home sites ever available at Calico Ridge, and we are offering tremendous values to their future owners," Bagley said.
      "Best of all, we will give the buyers of these selected lots a $25,000 rebate if they begin construction of their home within one year. That's an incredible value on home sites ... when you consider their size, locations and views."
      Calico Ridge is on Lake Mead Drive, about three miles east of Boulder Highway. It is comprised of three neighborhoods, and valley view lots are available.
      Two Crows offers home sites ranging from 8,600 to 29,466 square feet and priced from $56,100 to $120,000.
      Home sites range to 1 1/3 acre and start from $185,000 to more than $400,000 at East Hawleywood, a gated enclave of eight home sites.
      Calico Hills, a gated neighborhood, offers lots ranging from one-half acre to 2 3/4 acres, and priced from $120,900 to $395,000.
      The sales office is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
