Copperhead Ranch model homes open

The final touches are being added to five model homes at Copperhead Ranch, a neighborhood in the southwestern valley. The one- and two-story models are open for viewing, according to Larry Margolian, vice president of LBM Development Co.
"Copperhead Ranch offers both an outstanding location and appealing architecture designed for the needs of active families. We are already experiencing a great deal of interest from prospective buyers seeking a quality residence at an affordable price," Margolian said.
The 105 homes are priced from the low $120,000s.
Floor plans range from a single-story, 1,300-square-foot plan with three bedrooms and two baths to a two-story, 2,160-square-foot home with as many as five bedrooms and three baths.
Each home includes ground-mounted air conditioning, front-yard landscaping, block walls and concrete-tile roofs.
Interior highlights include ceramic-tile entries, plant shelves, textured walls, vaulted ceilings, media centers (per plan), raised-panel doors and laundry rooms. Kitchens feature granite counter tops, cabinets in a choice of finishes, appliances and icemaker preplumbing.
To visit, take Tropicana Avenue to Durango Drive, head south to Oquendo Road and turn left. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
