Agent touts Vistana environment
Home buyers choose the Vistana condominium complex for several reasons, including the selection of floor plans and resort-style atmosphere, according to sales agent Rochelle LeCavalier.
"When Rhodes Homes designed Vistana, they wanted to offer Las Vegas a refreshing change from the common condominium development," LeCavalier, who owns a home at the complex, said. "The result is a spectacular living environment that offers an incomparable level of indoor and outdoor elegance, luxury and convenience. Most importantly, the pricing is exceptionally competitive, especially when you consider the level of quality you receive for your money."
The gated complex, located in the Rhodes Ranch community, offers nine floor plans with 670 to 1,413 square feet and as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Attached garages are optional.
Prices start in the mid-$60,000s. Qualified buyers may have a total move-in cost of 1 percent of the purchase price.
"With nine floor plans to choose from, there is surely something for everyone at Vistana," LeCavalier said. "In many cases, the hardest choice for our buyers is deciding which of our models they like the best, as they are all so elegant and well-designed."
Interiors offer fireplaces, appliances, breakfast bars, laundry rooms, walk-in closets and cultured-marble vanities in baths.
The Spanish-theme complex features a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse with a swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, fitness center and billiards area. The complex also offers walkways, gazebos, barbecues and landscaped areas.
To visit, take Tropicana Avenue to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
