Models to open in January at Park Towers

Four model homes will open in January at Park Towers, a luxury high-rise property being developed in Hughes Center by Irwin Molasky and Steve Wynn. In addition, the property's sales and design center will be relocated to the site.

Leslie Parraguirre, managing partner of Et Al Studios, the in-house design center, is creating a 2,100-square-foot model.

"At Residence A, we have emphasized the layout of this pied-a-terre by using a classically contemporary palette," Parraguirre said.

"Cool sky-blue tones meld with the warmth of buttercup hues creating an environment that is at once fresh, yet glamorous. We are certain this gracious model home will appeal to savvy city dwellers who value the drama of their views and the convenience of a brilliant floor plan."

The development will comprise 84 residences within two 20-story towers. Five floor plans are available, ranging from 2,100 to 5,400 square feet with two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 baths.

Multiple balconies, private elevators and 10-foot ceilings are among the available amenities. Prices range from $720,000 to $3.2 million.

A full-time staff, including 24-hour concierge and parking valet, will be available. Residents and their guests will have exclusive use of a day spa, fitness area, business and conference center, wine cellar, Hollywood-style screening room, library, and a grand salon party room.

"Our buyers are also enthusiastic about the extensive park-like gardens that surround the pool and tennis court at Park Towers. Antique European statues, vases and planters will be placed along arbors and rose gardens," sales director Cindy Calles said.

Occupancy is expected in January 2001.

The sales and design center is located at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 820.
