Industrial Property Group forms new division


n GVA Industrial Property Group has formed a new commercial valuation division, and Alan D. Erickson has joined the company to serve as valuation manager. Erickson previously was with Erickson and Associates Commercial Valuation, which he formed in 1997.

n Coldwell Banker Commercial has formed the Coldwell Banker Commercial Hospitality Group, which will provide commercial real estate services for property acquisitions and dispositions.

n Lee and Associates' Chuck Witters represented Aristocrat Technologies in its 10-year lease of 60,000 square feet at McCarran Center I on White Road from McCarran Center, represented by Mark Bouchard of Thomas and Mack Co., for $6.6 million. In another transaction, Scott Owens and Mel Koich represented Karen Darling in her sale of 1.4 acres at 3843 E. Patrick Lane to Bin Chang for $435,000.

n Soozi Jones Walker of Realty Executives of Nevada represented Durango Point in its sale of a 1-acre pad at the southwest corner of Durango Drive and Saddle Lane to Bank West of Nevada for $795,000.

n GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented Machabee Office Environments in the purchase of a 34,856-square-foot office/warehouse building at 6435 Sunset Corporate Drive from the Sunset Corporate Center for $2.6 million. Willmore also represented Access TCA in the five-year lease of 33,600 square feet of office/warehouse space at 6145 S. Valley View Blvd. from Koll Valley View III for $1.1 million. In another transaction, Bill Walsh and Art Farmanali represented Geoff Gomes in the three-year lease of 3,000 square feet at 5380 S. Cameron St. to the Fastenal Co. for $73,045.

n Colliers International's Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented DK Products in its three-year lease of 10,000 square feet at 6255 S. Pearl St., Suites 800 and 900, from EJM Development for $198,748. DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov also represented VHB Associates in its sale of 4,399 square feet at 1985 Whitney Drive to Abe Dayani and Mina Dayani for $318,750. Dan Doherty represented Rousso Investments in its three-year lease of 5,280 square feet at 3915 W. Hacienda Ave., Suite A-103, to Oil Filter Supply and Specialty for $99,878. Scott R. Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented Frances Rinehart in her sale of 7.5 acres at Lindell Road and Maule Avenue to the T and J Fallon Family Trust for $1.7 million. Doherty represented FDS Realty Advisors in their purchase of 131,277 square feet at 4288 S. Polaris Ave. from the Abronson Trust for $6.8 million.

n Tim Behrendt of MDL Group represented The Prince Group in its three-year lease of 2,800 square feet in Masco II Industrial Center at 4275 W. Bell Drive, Suite 9, for $65,520.

n Ron Mendicino of SBO Commercial represented Applied Innovation Management in the five-year lease of 1,445 square feet at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway from Howard Hughes Properties for $240,625. Mendicino also represented Walapai Trust in its purchase of lots 20, 22 and 23 in Collins Industrial Park at Craig Road and Lamb Boulevard from E.A. Collins Development Corp., represented by Dick Wilson of Polk Realty, for $335,000. Mendicino also represented Buckalew Trust in its three-year lease of 7,200 square feet at 4640 S. Valley View Blvd. to Quality Air, represented by Doug Albright and Debbie Adams of Albright-Callister, for $163,800.

n CB Richard Ellis' Darren Lemmon represented American National Insurance in the four-year lease of 1,615 square feet at 3100 W. Sahara Ave. from Credit Union Plaza for $91,000. In another transaction, Randy Broadhead represented Hilton Grand Vacations in its one-year lease of 2,885 square feet at 3753 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 360, to Southern Energy Resources for $69,000. Lemmon represented Pennsylvania Life Insurance in its three-year lease 996 square feet at 1050 E. Flamingo Road from Euclid Street for $55,000.
