New lots released at Anthem Country Club

New home sites have been released at Anthem Country Club in Henderson.

The lots are for the Baroque Collection, which features five floor plans ranging from 1,922 to 4,105 square feet and prices from the $260,000s. Some plans include second-story, basement and casita options.

"These home sites are located in the charming new neighborhood of Weatherford in our spectacular country club community with guard-gated privacy and stunning surroundings," Robert Shiels, vice president of sales and marketing, said.

"Our country club community is situated at an elevation above the valley floor which makes for tremendous views of the mountain range, city skyline and golf course."

The community by Del Webb Corp. is designed for people of all ages.

Buyers can choose from 20 floor plans, which are priced from the $200,000s to more than $800,000. Custom lots with views range from one-half acre to 1 1/2 acres and are priced from $230,000 to $1.2 million.

The 7,300-yard, par-72 golf course was designed by PGA golfer Hale Irwin and golf course architect Keith Foster. Equity (member-owned) and executive (nonresident) golf memberships are available.

Clubhouse amenities include a golf shop, dining room, a sports bar and grill, locker rooms, club rooms and meeting rooms.

The athletic club houses workout equipment, tennis and basketball courts, a resort-style pool, sand volleyball court, play area, aerobics classes and personal trainers. A full-service salon is also featured.

The development is located within the 5,000-acre Anthem master-planned community, which is also home to Sun City Anthem and Coventry Homes at Anthem.

It can be reached by taking Eastern Avenue about two miles south of St. Rose Parkway. Sales office and model hours are from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily.
