Eden Ridge, Pulte Homes' neighborhood in the custom-home enclave of Willow Creek in Summerlin, has the Radcliffe and Savoy floor plans ready for immediate move-in. Homes at the single-story neighborhood are priced from $400,990.

The third model offered at the neighborhood is the Biltmore.
