Move-ins available at Eden Ridge neighborhood
Eden Ridge, Pulte Homes' neighborhood in the custom-home enclave of Willow Creek in Summerlin, has the Radcliffe and Savoy floor plans ready for immediate move-in. Homes at the single-story neighborhood are priced from $400,990. "Eden Ridge's location in the popular Willow Creek community makes this an ideal place to live because it offers homeowners all the amenities of the Summerlin master plan in addition to the luxury lifestyle of a guard-gated neighborhood," said Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder. The 3,087-square-foot Rad- cliffe plan offers a three-car garage, formal dining and living areas, a family room with fireplace, an island kitchen with nook, three bedrooms, a den, 3 1/2 baths and an optional casita. The Savoy measures 3,735 square feet and features a courtyard off the front entry with an optional fireplace.
