Homes ready for occupancy at Pulte's Mill Creek

Pulte Homes is offering buyers at Mill Creek the opportunity to move into a new home before the end of the year. The quick move-ins apply to the purchase of select units in the neighborhood, which is located within the Lynbrook community in the northwestern valley.

Mill Creek offers two single-story plans and three two-story designs. Prices start from $195,990.

The largest floor plan is the two-story Del Ray, which measures 3,589 square feet with seven bedrooms, or five bedrooms plus a game room.

The kitchen features an island, pantry and nook, while the owner suite has a bay window, walk-in closet and separate tub and shower.

Some Del Ray floor plans are ready for move-ins, according to sales and marketing executive Tom Callahan. Prices for the Del Ray begin at $245,990, which includes standard features, upgraded cabinets, flooring, counter tops and a game room.

The single-story Sea Breeze, the smallest plan, measures 2,300 square feet. It offers four bedrooms and an owner suite plus 2 1/2 baths. A recreation room, hobby room, three-car garage and kitchen bay window are optional.

The two-story Marina model has a downstairs owner suite and three bedrooms upstairs plus a loft or optional fifth bedroom. The 3,007-square-foot home also features a formal living and dining area, kitchen with nook adjacent to the family room, and a three-car garage. A deck off the loft or a bedroom is optional.

All homes bear the Engineered for Life Gold Series guarantee, which ensures energy efficiency through features such as ground-mounted air-conditioning units, gas heat, blown-in cellulose insulation, and 50-gallon water heaters.

Standard features include a high-tech multimedia package that allows residents to control all phone, television and computer functions from a central location. The homes also feature a covered patio, a covered front porch and/or courtyard per plan, and prewiring for a security system.

Interiors, per plan, offer vaulted ceilings, ceramic-tile flooring at entry, light fixtures, prewiring for ceiling fans in the owner bedroom and family room, art niches, and prewiring for phones.

The Lynbrook community is highlighted by four parks.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard and turn north. At Farm Road, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
