Antigua offers early incentives

Warmington Homes Nevada is giving away an appliance package that includes a washer, dryer and refrigerator to all of its buyers who purchase a home during presales at its gated Antigua condominium complex. Buyers may also receive as much as $1,500 toward closing costs when financing through the builder's preferred lender.

Two floor plans offer 1,056 and 1,156 square feet, respectively.

Prices start from $89,990.

With two model homes nearing completion, the builder has set up a temporary sales center. Models are expected to open in mid-January.

"We are very enthusiastic about our homes at Antigua," company President Greg Oberling said. "Because we think buyers will be, too, we wanted to begin attracting attention to the neighborhood right away. For that reason, we are hosting this special preview phase and are offering these very attractive pre-model opening incentives for buyers who purchase now."

The Jamaica floor plan is a two-bedroom, two-bath home. The Aruba is slightly larger with three bedrooms and two baths.

Both plans have separate living and dining rooms; gas fireplaces; a kitchen with maple cabinetry, ceramic-tile counter tops and a dishwasher; and an owner suite with a walk-in closet. A laundry area is also included.

Balconies or patios with storage are offered with both plans and the kitchen in the Aruba overlooks a front porch.

Amenities include concrete-tile roofs, bullnose corners, and vertical blinds and miniblinds on all windows.

The Mediterranean-themed development features a variety of complementary colors, wrought-iron fencing, landscaped common areas and walkways, two pools, a spa and a clubhouse.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south to Silverado Ranch Boulevard. Head west to Maryland Parkway, go south to Cactus Avenue and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Monday.
