Presales continue at U.S. Home's Palazzo Monte

The San Clemente plan is one of several designs available at U.S. Home's newest neighborhood, Palazzo Monte, in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Presales are under way at the neighborhood, but the home is modeled at the builder's Carriage Hills neighborhood, which is also located in Henderson.

Palazzo Monte is being built on a hillside location and offers home sites averaging 7,000 square feet.

Floor plans range from 2,550 to 4,500 square feet, and introductory pricing starts from $256,990.

To visit the neighborhood, take St. Rose Parkway, which is west of Eastern Avenue, to Seven Hills Drive and go south.

The builder's sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
