Red Rock releases off-course Enclaves


Red Rock Country Club is offering homes for sale in The Enclaves, where prices start from the low $300,000s and are located away from the community's golf course.

Karin Stiles, vice president of sales, said interest among prospective home buyers has been strong.

"It is truly a limited opportunity to find a home in this price range in an exclusive country club community setting such at Red Rock Country Club," Stiles said. "In addition, it is not often that we have a release of homes that is as private as our off-golf course homes."

Homes in this release are from the Acacia Collection, which comprises one- and two-story designs ranging from 2,155 to 3,451 square feet. Each of the four plans in the collection comes in one of three architectural styles: Spanish Colonial, Tuscany and Italianate.

These homes feature amenities such as courtyards, covered patios, optional golf cart garages and three-car garages. Many options are available, and design professionals are available to assist buyers in the selection of amenities and design variations.

Located adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the guard-gated country club offers views of the surrounding landscape.

Prices range from the low $300,000s to more than $2 million.

The one- and two-story designs offer as many as six bedrooms and four-car garages. Floor plans range from 2,100 to 8,000 square feet.

A 44,000-square-foot clubhouse, offering restaurants and meeting rooms, is scheduled for completion in January. Those buying a home between today and the end of the year are entitled to a free one-year social membership, pending approval. The club, which offers views of the city and Red Rock, features a pro shop, casual and formal dining rooms, and banquet and meeting facilities.

The sports club offers health and fitness equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms, and a supervised play center.

An aquatic center features a family pool, spa, adults-only pool, lap pool, a splash-and-spray mini-park, as well as an outdoor grill. The tennis facility features nine lighted, hard-surface courts, including a stadium court.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west, past Hualapai Way, to Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Sunrise Colony Co. is also developing Siena, an age-qualified community in Summerlin.
