Few sites remain in Seven Hills

The "grand finale" of custom-home site sales is under way at Seven Hills in Henderson. Twenty lots remain available, and are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million.

Now, the opportunity to access this level of style and luxury is rapidly coming to an end," sales agent Varo Gabriel said.

The remaining sites are located within the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood and offer views of the city, mountains and a nearby golf course. The largest available home site measures about an acre.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold in Seven Hills and more than 150 have been completed, are under construction or in architectural review.

Custom neighborhood amenities include landscaped open areas, a view park, a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Additionally, Seven Hills features numerous neighborhood parks, as well as four city parks offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball courts, baseball fields, and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
