KB to unveil homes at Iron Mountain Ranch
KB Home is forming an interest list for half-acre lots that are expected to be released early next year at Iron Mountain Ranch, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas. The builder plans to introduce new floor plans with casitas on the lots. "Iron Mountain Ranch has been an incredibly popular community with our home buyers," said Leah Bryant, president of KB Home's Las Vegas division. "Our home buyers like the location, the parks located in the neighborhoods and the various floor plan choices Iron Mountain Ranch offers." Ten floor plans, priced from the $130,000s to the $170,000s, are featured in the neighborhood's Mesa Series. Four models from the series, the Stetson, Saddle, Bridle and Bandana, recently opened. The Stetson, a single-story 1,442-square-foot home, comes with two bedrooms, a den and two baths. The two-story Saddle measures 1,658 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. A fourth bedroom and covered patio are optional. The Bridle is a two-story 2,023-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a bonus room. Options include fourth and fifth bedrooms, a loft, bunk room, den, study and covered patio. The 2,312-square-foot Bandana offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room and bonus room. A balcony and covered patio are optional. Also available are homes from the Prairie, Frontier and Sierra series, offering 14 models and 27 floor plans. The one- and two-story homes range from 1,098 to 3,633 square feet and feature two to seven bedrooms, two to four baths, and two- or three-car garages. Prices range from the $130,000s to the $240,000s. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, and then go north past Farm Road. The sales office and models are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m. The builder offers potential buyers financial assistance and help locating a house at its more than 20 subdivisions throughout the valley.
