-- The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors is in the process of launching MLXchange, a new property listings database. The system replaces the standard Stellar (MLS) system.

In another transaction, Barashy represented Globe Marketing in its 36-month lease of 30,000 square feet at 1427 Helm Drive from Action Promotion, represented by Lance Robins of CB Richard Ellis, for $464,000.
