Custom-home sites remain in Seven Hills

Preparation of the final 20 custom-home sites in Seven Hills has been completed, according to representatives of Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the 1,310-acre community in Henderson.

"This is the last opportunity buyers will have to purchase an estate-home site and build their custom dream homes in Seven Hills," Beth Naef, executive sales manager, said. "Our most recently completed home sites are among the most dramatic in the entire Seven Hills community. They are located in the private, guard-gated Terracina neighborhood and many of them offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline, scenic mountain ranges or the fairways of ... a golf course."

The home sites are priced from the $200,000s to $1 million. Lots as large as an acre are available. More than 200 custom sites have been sold, and more than 150 homes are under development.

Amenities within the custom neighborhoods include a private view park, private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

The community also features four city parks and several neighborhood parks that are designed to complement the desert terrain. Variously, the parks feature basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
