Quarterhorse Falls holds grand opening

The Sterling S Development's recently unveiled its Quarterhorse Falls neighborhood, offering four model homes.
The gated neighborhood is adjacent to the Elkhorn Springs planned community in the northwestern valley.
Four one- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,841 to 3,124 square feet. All include three-car garages. Most homes are being built on home sites of 6,600 square feet or larger.
Homes are priced from the lower $160,000s.
Homes include 9- and 11-foot ceilings throughout, walk-in closets in the owner suites, plant and art niches, custom-built handrails, chandeliers, fireplaces, and built-in media centers in select models.
Kitchens feature recessed lighting, pantries, ceramic-tile counter tops, and appliances including a built-in microwave oven.
The bathrooms feature cultured-marble counter tops, tubs with cultured-marble surrounds, and cultured-marble owner bath vanities (per plan).
The neighborhood features a park and gaslight street lamps. Each home comes with a complete front-yard landscaping package, exterior lighting and block walls.
To visit, go to Durango Drive and go east to El Capitan Way, following the signs.
The sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
