Perma-Bilt holds club open house

The grand opening of Perma-Bilt Homes' Shadow Hills Club today marks the latest addition to the company's Shadow Hills planned community on the far west end of Cheyenne Avenue.
The 51,000-square-foot recreation facility is open to residents of the community's Belle Crest, Grandview, Stonecliff and Timberline neighborhoods.
The public is invited to tour the facility today from 1 to 4 p.m. at 3333 Spring Shadow Road. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, travel west and follow the signs.
Amenities include a weight room, aerobics area, locker rooms, a big-screen television, a fireplace, meeting areas and a kitchen. The club also offers a swimming pool, spa, lap pool, saunas, a basketball halfcourt, putting green and barbecues. A club director will work on-site.
"The Shadow Hills Club is truly spectacular," Daniel Schwartz, company president, said. "We've done a lot of work to ensure this will be a facility that the residents enjoy coming to, as well as something that is affordable for our residents."
Stonecliff offers one- and two-story homes, ranging from 941 to 1,558 square feet, with prices starting from less than $110,000.
Belle Crest features four floor plans ranging from 1,362 to 2,363 square feet. Homes are priced from the low $130,000s.
