Astoria to take reservations on third phase at Ironwood


     More than 20 buyers recently purchased a home at Ironwood, which hosted its grand opening two weeks ago. The gated northwestern valley neighborhood, developed by Astoria Homes, is taking reservations on its third phase.
      Five one- and two-story floor plans are offered, ranging from 3,750 to 6,121 square feet. Prices start from the low $200,000s.
      According to the builder, Residence 223 and Residence 430 have been the best-sellers so far. Residence 223, a 5,017-square-foot, two-story home, offers two owner suites, four additional bedrooms, four baths, and bonus and hobby rooms. The two-story, 6,121-square-foot Residence 430 offers nine bedrooms, four baths, music and exercise rooms, and a four-car garage.
      Homes offer courtyards, retreats, music and bonus rooms, exercise rooms, sunken living rooms, dual shower heads, front decks, and first- and second-floor owner bedrooms.
      The development is located at El Capitan Way and Horse Drive.
      This spring, the builder plans to announce presales at Stonegate Encore. This neighborhood, located near the original Stonegate development in Silverado Ranch, will offer homes ranging from 3,750 to 6,121 square feet.
      The builder is also offering the Spring Meadows, Autumn Ridge, Parkside Village and Parkside Estates neighborhoods.
      Spring Meadows offers one- and two-story homes, ranging from 984 to 1,525 square feet. Homes feature picture windows, 9-foot ceilings in single-story plans, oak cabinetry and ceramic-tile counter tops. HomesThey are priced from the $110,000s.
      Autumn Ridge's single- and two-story plans measure from 1,503 to 2,500 square feet. They offer 9-foot or vaulted ceilings per plan. Homes are priced from the $120,000s.
      To visit Spring Meadows or Autumn Ridge, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue. Turn right, proceed to Silverado Ranch Boulevard and follow the signs.
      The gated Parkside Village neighborhood features one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,503 to 2,412 square feet. The neighborhood features cul-de-sac home sites and a park with a playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and picnic tables. Prices start from the $120,000s.
      Parkside Estates homes range from 2,287 to 3,312 square feet and are priced from the $160,000s. Homes offer media niches, arches, walk-in closets, ceramic-tile shower surrounds, and front-yard landscaping with irrigation. The gated neighborhood features a trail system with two parks.
      To visit both neighborhoods, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive. Go right to El Capitan Way and follow the signs.
      Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
