Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood offers incentives

Christopher Homes is offering incentives and discounts on select homes at its Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin, according to sales agent Robin LaMothe.
"We are highly motivated to move into future phases and for that reason," LaMothe said, "Christopher Homes has authorized us to offer a $30,000 savings on homes that have not yet begun construction, as well as similar bonuses worth thousands of dollars on homes that are set to be ready for occupancy within 30 to 45 days."
Priced from $446,990, Palisades is a guard-gated neighborhood being constructed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village of Summerlin.
Five one- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,758 to more than 6,200 square feet. Home sites range from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.
Home buyers have access to an on-site architectural designer, who can assist them in creating a home that matches their individual taste and lifestyle. Buyers can also access and to the builder's in-house design center, which includes free consultation with professional interior designers.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn left and proceed to Hualapai Way, following the signs.
Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
