Custom lots ready
in Summerlin villages
Custom lots are available at three neighborhoods within the master-planned community of Summerlin, which frames the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley.
"Custom living options have always been plentiful within Summerlin since the community's inception," Stew Gibbons, executive vice president of The Howard Hughes Corp., said.
Canyon Crest, located in The Canyons village, has 10 lots remaining. The 64-home neighborhood features a private park with a playground and picnic area and gated security. Lots are priced from $90,000 to $114,000.
Canyon Fairways currently has four remaining third-acre lots priced from $145,000 to $157,000, and features a six-acre park, playground, tennis pavilion and a guarded gate.
Willow Falls is the community's first "village within a village" and features 80 one-third acre lots priced from $105,000 to $169,000.
"Of Summerlin's seven custom neighborhoods, Willow Falls features the most dramatic and stunningly beautiful entries," Gibbons said. "With city views to the east and views of the red rocks to the west, it's a beautiful site."
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., Summerlin is home to seven golf courses, nine major parks, more than 40 neighborhood parks, more than 40 completed miles of the Summerlin Trail system, a dozen schools, houses of worship, shopping centers, medical centers, business parks and more than 250 model homes.
To visit the Summerlin Home Finding Center North, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn north, then turn east on Hillwood Drive. To visit the Summerlin Home Finding Center South, take Sahara to Blue Willow Lane, west of Hualapai Way and turn south. Both centers are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
