Winchester to sell last six condos


     Winchester, a gated condominium complex under development by Warmington Homes Nevada in northwest Las Vegas, has six homes remaining for sale.
      Two floor plans, one with two bedrooms and another with three bedrooms, are available, each with two baths, a balcony or patio, and separate entries.
      Each home comes with an assigned covered parking space.
      The Madison plan, measuring 1,056 square feet, features two bedrooms, two baths, a living room with a fireplace, and a laundry room. Each home has a balcony or patio with a storage area. The owner suite has a walk-in closet and tub.
      The Prescott plan is 1,156 square feet and comes with three bedrooms, two baths, a living room with a fireplace, and a laundry room.
      Each home includes six-panel entry doors with brass hardware, ceramic-tile entries, gas fireplaces, 9-foot ceilings, laundry rooms with overhead shelving, and miniblinds and verticals.
      The homes also include prewiring for cable television in the owner bedroom and living room, as well as prewiring for a home security system.
      Kitchens offers maple cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves, ceramic-tile counter tops, and track lighting.
      Each home comes with a 10-year warranty.
      The condominiums are priced from $85,990.
      Features of the development include landscaped common grounds, walkways and a recreation center that includes a fireplace, swimming pool and spa.
      To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Buffalo Drive, go north to Caliche Way and turn right, following the signs.
      The sales office and models are open Monday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
      The Warmington group has built about 26,000 homes throughout California and Nevada over the past 70 years.
