Prairie Rose offers three floor plans

     Amstar's newest neighborhood, Prairie Rose, offers three single-story floor plans in the northwestern valley.
      Homes range from 1,780 to 2,218 square feet and are priced from the $140,000s.
      The 1,780-square-foot Prairie Dawn floor plan offers three bedrooms, two baths and a gated courtyard entry.
      The Summer Dream model measures 1,828 square feet and features a dining area with direct access to an island kitchen, a great room and breakfast nook. The garage offers a workshop area which can be converted to a fourth bedroom. The owner suite features dual vanities, and retreat with sliding glass doors to the rear patio.
      The Victorian Lace measures 1,920 square feet and can be expanded up to 2,218 square feet. The home offers separate living and dining rooms, and a great room.
      Homes are offered in three elevations and feature raised panel doors; finished garages; vaulted ceilings; tile roofing; gas lamps; and ironwork, shutters or accent fascia with select floor plans.
      To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive and follow the signs to the sales office, between El Capitan Way and Grand Teton Drive. The sales office is open weekdays from noon to 5 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
