Copperhead Ranch offers Red Rock views

It took less than three weeks to sell the first phase of homes at the Copperhead Ranch neighborhood in the southwestern valley, according to Leo Margolian, president of LBM Development Co.
"We've had an exceptional response from a variety of home buyers," Margolian said.
Five floor plans are available. They range from a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bath design measuring 1,300 square feet to a two-story, 2,160-square-foot home with as many as five bedrooms and three baths.
Prices start from the low $120,000s.
Each home provides ground-mounted air conditioning units, choice of front-yard landscaping packages, block walls, concrete-tile roofs and stucco exteriors.
Interiors feature ceramic-tile entries, plant shelves, textured walls, vaulted ceilings, media centers per plan, raised-panel doors and laundry rooms. Other features include whitewash, maple or alder cabinets; upgraded bath fixtures; and tubs and showers with ceramic-tile surrounds.
Kitchens feature granite counter tops, appliances and an icemaker line to the refrigerator.
To visit, take Tropicana Avenue to Durango Drive, head south to Oquendo Road and turn left. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
