Wood Glen begins sales

     Wood Glen, a neighborhood by Toll Bros., has opened for presales in Summerlin.
      Three two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 3,400 to 3,800 square feet.
      A total of 77 homes will be built in the guard-gated community, which will also feature walking paths, basketball and tennis courts, and a gazebo.
      Amenities include Corian kitchen counter tops, appliances and spa tubs.
      Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.
      To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive, go south to Havenwood Land and follow the signs.
      The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
