Condo sales skyrocket at Park Towers at Hughes Center
Nearly half of the 84 luxury condominium homes at Park Towers are under contract or in escrow, according to Cindy Calles, director of sales.
"We are extremely pleased with the pace of our sales and the number of contracts in escrow as well as the quality of prospective buyers that are looking to make Park Towers their home...," Calles said. "Not only has the response from Las Vegans been exceptionally strong, but as expected, we've also had significant interest and commitments from buyers across the nation as well as internationally."
Construction is set to start in summer on the twin-tower development at Hughes Center.
"With an 18-month buildout, we expect to have completed residences by late 2000," Calles said.
Floor plans range from 2,100 to 5,400 square feet, and are priced from $720,000 to $2.4 million.
Kit Schindler, director of marketing, said buyers have chosen the development for several reasons.
"First, they like the intimate size of Park Towers, with just 84 residences and a unique stacking plan that allows private access to each residence," Schindler said. "Other factors include the strong local reputation of the development team headed by Irwin Molasky and Mark Fine, the location within prestigious Hughes Center and the world-class amenities that will grace the public areas and accentuate each residence."
Park Towers will feature such amenities as controlled access, a full-service concierge, valet parking and full-maintenance service. There will also be a meeting room, game room, library, screening room, wine cellar with private lockers, and a European-style spa. A grand salon is planned, and will accommodate as many as 100 people for special events.
The 5,000-square-foot sales office is on the eighth floor at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, adjacent to the site of the project. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Park Towers is being developed by High Rise LLC, headed by developer Irwin Molasky and his sons, Steven, Andrew and Alan; and Mark Fine & Associates.
