Pacific Southwest promotes luxury

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Pacific Southwest Development's New Millennium Homes, within Tuscan Cliffs, is the culmination of 18 years of fine-tuning the company's home-customization concept, according to company President Gerri Evans.

"All of our years of experience have brought us to the New Millennium Homes," Evans said. "People want to see their own identities in their residences. They also want all of the latest features and advances in technology and there's a lot more of those selections today.

"Our buyers are sophisticated and knowledgeable. They know exactly what they want. Expectations are much higher than they were even just a few years ago."

The four New Millennium Homes designs offer 60 configurations, allowing buyers to add or subtract rooms.

"Everything is architecturally designed and approved ahead of time," Evans said. "We've created a flexible system of custom floor plans to give our buyers plenty of choices when it comes to room configurations to suit their lifestyle. This unique customizing program allows buyers to make selections that convert a den into an extra bedroom or a garage into a bonus room or home theatre."

Configuration options include casitas and courtyard areas, game rooms, wet bars, elevators, patios and additional baths and master suites.

The community offers Tuscan-style luxury estates on lots of one-quarter acre or larger. Premium home sites, including mountainside parcels in future phase releases, will soon be available.

Four two-story floor plans are open for tours at the neighborhood. In their base configurations, the floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet. Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet. Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances. The homes are Energy Star qualified. Base prices range from $1.04 million to $1.25 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m. For more information, call 228-8559 or visit www.pacificsouthwest.com.
