Beazer Homes extends rebates on final homes at Highland Glen

     Three homes remain for sale at Highland Glen, a Beazer Homes neighborhood in Green Valley in Henderson. Each home is ready for move-in.
      The two-story Edinburgh has four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and a two-car garage. This home, which is in a gated area, measures 2,218 square feet and is priced from $164,188.
      Both single-story Bluffs plans have three bedrooms, two baths, a den and a three-car garage. One is on a 7,114-square-foot home site, and the other is on a 6,759-square-foot lot. Priced from $164,545, the homes measure 2,164 square feet and are in an area comprised of 14 home sites.
      Buyers of the three homes will receive a 1 percent rebate when financing through Beazer Mortgage.
      The sales office is closed, but interested buyers can contact the builder to view the homes.
      "Highland Glen has been one of our best-selling communities, and also one of the best-selling neighborhoods in the Green Valley area," said Larry Fodor, vice president of sales.
      The neighborhood is on Arroyo Grande Boulevard, one-half mile south of Warm Springs Road.
      The builder is also selling homes at Eagle Rock and Scarlett Canyon in Summerlin, Hillside View in the northeast, Belle Esprit in the southern valley, and Silver Trace and La Entrada.
