Tuscan Cliffs provides home buyers with options to personalize their residences, creating living spaces to suit their lifestyles, according to David Kellen, development coordinator for Pacific Southwest Development.
The guard-gated neighborhood located in the Southern Highlands community, features four Tuscan-style designs. Each design can be personalized through dozens of floor plan configurations, in addition to options and upgrades.

Many areas of the homes are designed as flex space, which may be altered to suit buyers' preferences in design, square footage and use.
The garage is one such space, with a number of configuration and design options.
"Depending upon the lifestyle and interests of the buyer, there are several ways to design a garage," Kellen said, "including as a workshop, a studio or a place to store multiple vehicles. For those seeking a comfortable work area, the detached one-car garage space may be finished and air conditioned. That's a major benefit for those who enjoy pursuing hobbies and other interests in their garages."
Each home comes with a tandem or split three-car garage, which can be expanded to a four-car in size.
Garages are finished with interior walls painted to match the home's interior, as well as a carriage-style door.
Other standard features in garages include service doors and automatic door openers. Buyers may also upgrade the automatic door opener to a belt-driven system that decreases noise.
Decorative accents can include iron door handles and braces. Epoxy-coated flooring, electrical upgrades in structured wiring and cable outlets, additional electrical capacity to accommodate various hobbies or needs, Andersen windows, keyless entry pads, window insets in the garage doors and upgraded insulation, are additional options to lend distinction to garage areas.
A choice of interior and exterior lighting packages is available, including lights with motion sensors that activate upon arrival and shut off automatically.
In addition, developer Pacific Southwest offers upgrades such as built-in cabinets and storage areas, as well as customized garage work areas.
By adding the optional one-car garage, buyers may substitute a portion of their tandem three-car garage with a home theater with bi-level seating or a bonus room.
Alternatively, buyers may opt to add a second-level casita accessible from their homes or courtyards over the one-car garage, which may be used as a guest office, pool room, or guest quarters.
Tuscan Cliffs features customizable luxury estates on lots measuring one-quarter acre or larger.
Premium home sites, including mountainside parcels in future phase releases, are available.
Four two-story models are open for tours at the neighborhood. In their base configurations, the floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet.
Various design options can bring the homes to 6,000 square feet.
Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows, Kohler plumbing fixtures and structured wiring systems.
Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home. Base prices range from $1 to $1.25 million.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
