Crescendo model offers varying plans

The Rossini floor plan at Crescendo features a rotunda entryway, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes of Nevada. The Pardee Homes neighborhood is located in Henderson's Seven Hills community.
This 2,711-square-foot floor plan offers as many as four bedrooms, a bonus room, three baths and a three-car garage. It features a pony wall between the living room and dining room, an island workstation in the kitchen and a great-room design.
It comes in three exterior design choices, all with Italian-style architecture and a concrete-tile roof.
Interior features include ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring and a gas fireplace.
The neighborhood offers three, two-story homes ranging from 2,473 to 3,068 square feet.
Each of the floor plans features a kitchen with an island workstation, ceramic-tile counter tops, a cast-iron sink, a pantry and built-in appliances including a microwave.
Owner suites include tubs, separate showers with glass enclosures and ceramic-tile surrounds, walk-in closets, dual sinks, an enclosed toilet, ceramic-tile counter tops and raised-panel closet doors.
Designated as "ComfortWise" energy-efficient homes, each includes a programmable thermostat, low-E Plus vinyl-clad windows, upgraded insulation and a soft-water loop.
Options consultant Diane Salas can assist home buyers by showing them upgrades offered by the builder, such as crown molding, wood window casing, wood shutters, video entry system, entertainment center cabinets in the family room, and cabinet task lighting in the kitchen.
They are priced from $189,950 to $197,950.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive west, past Eastern Avenue, to Seven Hills Drive and turn left. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday when they open at 11 a.m.
