Rhodes builds Tuscany on country club lifestyle
Rhodes Homes' Tuscany Residential Village, located at the Tuscany Golf Club in Henderson, will feature a bell tower to serve as the community's focal point, according to the builder.
"Tuscany villages are noted for their bell towers and our village is no exception," said Christy Stratton, vice president of marketing. "This magnificent bell tower defines the authenticity of the village plan and the lifestyle to be enjoyed here."
Stratton also mentioned the community's planned 34,000-square-foot recreation center, which will contain tennis and basketball courts, a swimming pool, a spa and other amenities.
The village is designed around the golf course, which is open to the public, while it also attempts to reflect the quaint villages of Tuscany and the ambience of the namesake Italian province.
"We have designed intimate neighborhood enclaves with homes that reflect the architectural heritage and character of the Tuscan region," she said. "Creating a sense of warmth and welcome to the village is a primary goal of our planning."
The community includes a guard-gated entry with palm trees.
A variety of designs are planned for the first neighborhood of Tuscany Village, where sales are expected begin soon.
"The homes will feature both one- and two-story floor plans and will provide wonderful lifestyle options for a variety of families," Stratton said.
Homes are now available at the builder's Rhodes Ranch community in the southwestern valley. It encompasses 1,375 acres and at completion will consist of about 9,000 homes.
To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
